Just wanted to share a recipe I have been using for awhile now to make my workout smoothie a bit more exciting. We all know that mixing your protein powder with plain water can just be outright gross at times. bahhhh. Below is a healthy way to jazz things up a bit.
- Your choice of protein powder ( I like Gold Standards Whey)
- about 1.5 cup of orange juice
- banana + strawberries ( or whatever fruit you like)
- Ice
- dash of milk (optional)
Blend till its all smooooooothy, and enjoy!
